Behind every lesson, every classroom, and every child’s progress is a dedicated teacher or support staff member working to make it happen.
At Gracious Steps School, our teachers and support staff are an essential part of the school community. They teach, guide, encourage, protect, feed, and care for our learners every day.
The school currently has 20 dedicated teachers and 4 subordinate staff members, including a cleaner, two cooks, and a watchman. Their work is fundamental to keeping the school running and creating an environment where children can learn and thrive.

Providing quality education depends on having committed people who are able to focus on their work and support learners effectively.
However, one of the challenges facing the school is the need for sufficient and sustainable staff wages. Supporting staff is therefore not simply about supporting employees; it is about strengthening the people responsible for educating and caring for hundreds of children.
